Cash-pay lab billing workflows
Clinics do not all handle cash-pay lab billing the same way. New Century Labs supports Direct Pay, Service Fee, and Self-Managed workflows so clinics and their counsel can choose the structure that fits their state, payer mix, and practice model.

State-specific guides
Maine cash-pay lab billing — Maine has no statute restricting lab rebilling: all three billing workflows are open to Maine clinics.
Oregon cash-pay lab billing — Oregon law does not allow a clinic to mark up an outside lab’s test (ORS 676.310) — Self-Managed Pricing is off the table, so Direct Pay or a transparent Service Fee is the workflow.
